Consistent communication was provided throughout and all my questions were answered efficiently. They were able to slot me in a booking on very short notice and was very understanding. A massive appreciation to the 2 agents who came and collected the waste. Gee and Kirk were extremely friendly and punctual, they provided an excellent service and loaded all the waste in no time. Thank you for all the help, a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a waste removal service.
Fantastic job, i was really pleased with the price, the service and the two guys who came to clear my garden rubbish (mainly turf). Very polite lads, checked what I needed clearing, cleaned the area after removing all the rubbish. I would definitely recommend this company. I dealt with Norman, who was professional and quick to arrange collection :)
Excellent communication from start to finish. I had a tight deadline to have the waste removed and engaged The Best Rubbish Removal to undertake these works. The work was undertaken diligently with the waste being removed from the property efficiently and within the timescales. The site was brushed down and left clean and tidy. I was very impressed and will certainly use their services again.
I'm very pleased with how the guys work. They are very clean and very customer friendly. I had to remove some construction debris and garden waste after redecorating my entire house and garden. I was so pleased with their work and with the fact that they not only picked up the garbage but they also cleaned everything after. I ended up calling them a second time and I wasn't disappointed. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
I emailed these guys yesterday afternoon, requesting a quotation to remove an old mattress. They responded with a very reasonable quote, AND then proceeded to remove the mattress the same afternoon. I wasn't home at the time, so they sent me photographs to confirm that the work had been completed. Excellent service, very efficient; highly recommend :)
Right from the start of contacting The Best Rubbish removal company I found them to be very polite, well organised, very efficient, very good communication. They booked us in and the team that came out to remove the rubbish were punctual, very polite, well mannered and completely cleaned everything away for us. Amazing service at very short notice. A tenant had left the garden in a state with old mattresses and furniture. Everything was collected at a superb price. Excellent communication and video to help me understand the job (I’m in Bournemouth so this really helped!). Fully recommend! Thanks guys
