A really great service, all the rubbish was gone in less than a day, the staff are professional and helpful, thank you!

Sent a perfectly polite message asking for a rough, baseline estimate for a standard 3-bed house clearance. Instead of a professional response, I was given a condescending lecture and told "this is not the right way to go about this," accompanied by a bizarre analogy about car showrooms. Ironically, any decent car salesperson would easily give a customer a starting baseline price without the attitude. Unbelievably poor customer service and highly unprofessional communication. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a company that actually knows how to speak to people. **A response back to the owners comment:** Thank you for reinforcing my original review. You said your analogy would “hopefully resonate.” Unfortunately, it didn’t. Comparing my enquiry to buying a car, a kitchen or a pair of shoes misses the point entirely, as those industries routinely provide a starting price or price range before discussing the finer details. That was all I asked for. You state that I “failed to follow up.” That’s correct….I chose not to continue the conversation after being told I was “not going about this the right way.” I have no interest in doing business with someone who communicates in such a condescending manner. You also state that “no transaction between us occurred.” Correct again. My review clearly says I would be taking my business elsewhere. The reason no transaction took place was because of your communication. Finally, you concluded that “people like you rarely transact business and waste companies valuable time.” That’s quite a judgement to make from two polite messages. As for advice, I’d suggest spending less time analysing customers’ personalities and a little more time practising basic manners. It would probably leave a better impression than comparing a house clearance to buying a pair of shoes. I wish you all the best. This will be my final response.

Really easy to book and good communication via WhatsApp. Super quick service, they came out the same day, got straight to work and cleared everything out really quickly. The team that came out to me were very friendly and polite. They found some cash whilst clearing out which they returned to me, showing honesty and integrity also. I would highly recommend. Fair prices also .

Excellent service from One Clear. They cleared a very large amount of waste including pallets, heavy RC pillars, timber, logs, cardboard, and garden waste. The job was done very swiftly and efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Professional, reliable, and highly recommended.
