The Waste Monkeys Ltd

House moves, office clearances and overgrown gardens are among the projects customers bring to The Waste Monkeys Ltd, and the accounts gathered from Luton and the surrounding area are consistently enthusiastic. A theme running through the feedback is the personal involvement of Sam, whose questions and advice are repeatedly singled out. One customer recalls being told a caged tipper would work out cheaper than a skip, an example of the practical guidance reviewers appreciate.

The two-man crews are described as polite, cheerful and hard-working, and an aspect raised across a number of reviews is how accommodating they proved. Speed features regularly: a job requested at midday was finished by the evening, while rubbish left after a leak was collected across two short-notice visits. Sites cleared at a moment's notice appear in accounts from people managing multiple projects, who credit the team's knowledge with keeping delays at bay.

Tidiness recurs too, with a heavily overgrown garden left cleared and all waste taken away. Reviewers repeatedly remark on the efficiency of the operatives, who handled an upstairs office clearance without difficulty. Repeat bookings and referrals are common, and the help given during a stressful house move is remembered specifically. Sam's patient manner during that move, and the team's willingness to work hard and show genuine interest, are the details that stay with customers.
