This was the first time I have used Vehicall, but I would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Whole process to get some unwanted garden soil removed was trouble free and Justin was very helpful in the early stages, answering all my queries and explaining the process of using a skip bag. On the day of collection, through circumstances beyond his control Justin was unable to make the alloted time, but kept me informed of the situation by WhatsApp so I wasn't wondering where he had got to. When he did arrive he cleared the bag of soil quickly and cleanly, leaving no mess behind. All in all a pleasant and successful transaction.

What can I say I came across Vehicall Transport whilst searching for Garden Waste removals Justin sent me a message on WhatsApp he answered a few questions I had and some I didn’t have that was Monday evening at 5pm I sent pictures of what I needed to go and explained I need it gone by 10am on Tuesday he gave me a very favourable price via WhatsApp explaining I pay the driver on arrival he then loads the rubbish and they will send a receipt true to his word he arrived Tuesday morning at 9.25am he followed my instructions of how to find us to the letter he arrived and promptly loaded the branches we chatted and he explained that they are quite new but are slowly building up a client base they do all sorts of work not just rubbish clearance I suggest checking the website I really can’t fault this company or Justin however I did tell him of my one and only concern which was paying before loading I told him I had visions of him taking my payment vehicle starts and off into the sunset he goes but that didn’t happen he explained why they ask for up front payment which I understood but said perhaps you could do it half up front the rest on completion he said he can look into that either way I’m telling you they are not highwaymen in fact they are Robin Hood 10/10 easily
