East Coast Removals Ltd

I used East Coast Removals for my house move and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. Following the move, I reported significant damage to a number of items of furniture as well as damage to my property. I provided photographs, quotations and supporting information and attempted to resolve the matter directly with the company. Unfortunately, we have been unable to reach a resolution and I have now had to issue a claim through the County Court. The company has filed a defence, so the matter remains ongoing and I will not comment further on the court proceedings until they have concluded. I am leaving this review simply to share my own experience so that other customers can make an informed decision when choosing a removal company. I will update my review once the court proceedings have been concluded.

Fantastic service, speedy, careful and lovely guys! Made the whole moving experience enjoyable!

We received a very reasonable quote from the team for our house move across Suffolk, they did not disappoint. Efficient and effective service. Such a friendly group of guys who didn't squabble at any of the fiddly bits we got them to move for us, including dismantling and rebuilding a chicken coop! They went above and beyond with sourcing us some drawers too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Ben, Dave and the team, were absolutely brilliant from start to finish on my mum's Ipswich area house move. They were great at communicating what the process was at the start and patient and helpful throughout. The guys worked so hard and were cheerful and accommodating, making a stressful day much more manageable. They used three large luton vans which were more suitable and flexible down country lanes and ensured delicate goods were covered. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for a removal firm. Thanks guys!

Dave, Ben and Umbola were a fantastic team. They made our move out and back in a hassle free experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a removal company. Nothing was to much bother 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
