Our House Clearance

I contacted Our House Clearance to clear a property after a relation passed away, the property was near Harwich and although they are based in Ipswich it was not too far away as they are willing to travel. Glenn and his colleague Sean arrived on time and after a quick brief on what was staying they set to work. They were extremely efficient and removed everything in the property that was allocated to go, including my coffee jar and loaf of bread. When they say label anything that is staying they mean anything, I had to rescue my coffee and bread.. but thats my fault for not paying attention! They were not on site very long, couple of hours or so and before they left they did a walk round with me to ensure I was happy with the result. I have to reiterate they took everything that needed to go including anything in the loft be it stuff or just my relations cardboard box collection and including all the rubbish you end up with when you are clearing out. I cannot praise them enough to be honest, its only two of them running this business and they do a dam fine job of it and the cost for my clearance was very reasonable. So if you are looking for a clearance team give Glenn a call and see if he can assist.

Really pleased with the service from Glen and Sean. Genuine guys who work really hard and completely trustworthy. Good communication and reliable which is very comforting. Also price competitive in my opinion. Thoroughly recommended.

I received an excellent service from Our House. I was thrilled to be able to get some help with clearing a lot of junk when moving house. Glenn went out of his way to fit me in at short notice, and Shaun was absolutely brilliant on collection and made the whole process so easy for me. I highly recommend this service.

Fantastic, professional, friendly service, and a great price, thank you

One thing was really worried about when i got the keys to my house was the state of the garden but when I contacted Our House Clearance, they completely removed the burden and worries. I am very happy with the quality and professionalism of their services. Highly recommended.

From initial enquiry via their website through to the day they came to clear the garage, the service received was excellent. So much so that I won't hesitate using them again in the future. The quote received was very reasonable in my opinion, Shaun and Glenn arrived at the time arranged, worked very quickly, were friendly, helpful, and tidied up after clearing the garage. Great job!

What an amazing service! Very friendly and professional. Came and collected within the hour of my enquiry and alot cheaper than other local companies. Will definitely use again and recommend. Thank you so much!!
