I had to arrange a last-minute furniture collection today and I am really blown away by the service. I expected it to be "fine", but it was sensational from start to finish. The communication was second to none. I felt looked after from the very first phone call; they even rang an hour ahead to check in and then again 30 minutes before arrival. It’s rare to find that level of reliability and proactive care these days. The two gentlemen who arrived were absolute stars... incredibly polite, professional, and so efficient it was mind-blowing. What would have taken me an entire day to struggle with, they handled in a heartbeat with such thoroughness. It is such a pleasure to find a company that actually does what they say they will (and more!). I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone needing a clear-out. I’ll definitely be using them anytime again. A massive thank you to the whole team
