I work for a small trade association in the City of London and we first used London City Waste in 2022 to remove a cupboard. When we needed a cupboard and sofa removed this month (May 2025) I thought of them as they'd done a good job before. Once again they provided a great service. They were quick to respond and arrange a date. Will arrived exactly on time and was quick and efficient in getting the items out of our office and the building. Ths was not an easy task, with steps to negotiate just inside the entrance and again into the office itself on the fourth floor. But Will handled it all expertly and efficiently and was so friendly and helpful, which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend Will and London City Waste Clearance if you are looking for removal of any unwanted items.
It can be hard to separate the good guys from the cowboys when it comes to getting waste collected from your house, but London City Waste Clearance are the real deal! They have an official waste clearance license which is granted by the Environmental Agency, and had no issues providing this proof before collecting our rubbish. We’ve used them twice and will certainly be using them again as they’re reliable, well priced and efficient. Will who came to clear up for us was great, considerately loading up his van at 07:30 with heavy rubble so as to not disturb our neighbours. He talked us through the process and where the separate loads of waste would go, further reassuring us that we were working with professionals. So if you’re in need of any kind of waste collected then I’d highly recommend LCWC!
Will was very polite and helpful, and came to our office to uplug and remove the dishwasher and fridge. The service was perfectly carried out just before the staff's arrival time. Thanks to Will, James and the team.
Booked for 7.30am pick up, he arrived early and was very polite, showed him the rubble to be cleared and he done a great job, will definitely be using this company again.
Will has just finished clearing out a pile of bulky cabinets from our little terrace. He was even 15 minutes early (which was brilliant for us) but otherwise happy to wait. He was efficient and really kind to our kiddo, who wanted to chat to him while he worked. James managed the process of getting all the information needed for a properly informed quote politely and quickly. Would happily use again. And thanks Will for being so patient with the extra little helper!
Great service - Will was very friendly and efficient. He offered to hoover / clean up as some items had to be brought through the main room in the house which was very kind of him. Would definitely recommend and call again if we need anymore waste removal!! 5 stars!! Thanks
