His communication was first class throughout, keeping me fully informed at every stage so I always knew what was happening and when. After I sent him a quick video of the property, he was able to accurately assess the size of the job. He came out virtually the following day, provided a clear quotation and date, and completed the work exactly as promised. What really impressed me was how Neville went above and beyond. Not only did he clear the property to an excellent standard, but he also emptied the bins without being asked, which was a thoughtful touch. Once the job was finished, he carried out a full walk-through video of the empty property and sent it to me, along with the final meter readings. I used Get Rid to clear a house . They offered a good service from start to finish . I sent photos of the rooms and they gave me a quote based on the photos , that quote was the price I paid . On the day they were on time and cleared the house in 3 hours , leaving it clean and tidy . The men who carried out the work were sociable and friendly . I would use them again .
