Best tradesman customer service I’ve ever received - within 24 hours of making a phone call everything was sorted. First time living alone issues like this can be very daunting but John was quick with helping me understand, price, and solve the issue. Would 100% use these services again (although hopefully I don’t have to!!)
Collection was excellent. They came out and collected it the same day I called, which was really impressive. The whole process was smooth and efficient, with no delays. Communication was clear throughout, and everything was handled promptly and professionally. A great service.
