ZeroWaste were amazing. Booked just two days in advance. Provided a good quote. Booking was easy online. Received a phone call 20 minutes before arrival confirming eta. The lads worked quickly and cleanly in stupid heat and completed the house clearance in just over an hour. Well done guys.

Great communication prior to arrival and arrived on schedule. Your agents surveyed the job after arrival, planned how to do it efficiently and quickly and got right to it. Work was done with no damage to property or common access ways and lift. We were very pleased with the performance and character of your agents. Both (Paul and Andy) are a credit to your company.

The only company willing to climb the stairs in a block of flats (no lift in my block) to take away old furniture! The booking process was very easy. The price is reasonable. On the day I got a call 10 mins before they arrived. The furniture was collected quickly by two friendly chaps. I will definitely use them again for any other furniture I will need removed in the future.
The workers did a great job! I expected to be waiting all day, but luckily they arrived at 8:20 am. They sent me a message saying they were close, so I had time to be ready to open the door!
