Spot on service. Use these guys regularly for rubbish collections for my small business and they always sort me out. Friendly office staff, top drivers too. They are always really helpful and efficient. Have the choice to pay cash or card - wouldn't go anywhere else now. Cheers Whites

Ordered a skip. It arrived and the driver was very pleasant, he was the only employee of this company I would rate as 5 star. The rest are zero. Skip dropped off. Filled it and on Thursday I rang to see about collection. Was told Monday, which suited me as my customer wasn't back til Wednesday morning. Monday comes, gets to 4pm, I rang the company, a girl said we've been busy and I'll make it a priority for Tuesday. I rang again on Tuesday morning, only to be told it's not even booked for collection. I told this lady the problem and she said she would get it sorted for today. I rang at 12 as I needed to confirm a pick up time. Lady said can't give a precise time but it will be this afternoon. Rang again at 4.50pm. to be told they close in 10 mins, yet the website says 6pm. My customer is home wed morning and the skip is blocking her car in. Absolute joke, lied to so many times I get the impression it's within the culture ie. Just tell the customer owt, anything to get them off the phone. I was pleasant on each occasion apart from the last time,. I asked to speak to a manager, guess what he's went home and doesn't start til 9am. I need to look for another skip company who actually does what they promise Update. Rang at 7am Wednesday and spoke directly to the transport manager, he told me the don't normally book in collections, which I understand as most are acceptable. I explained mine is behind a locked gate. He arranged for it to be collected between 8 and 8.30. It was picked up, so thank you to the transport manager and the skip wagon driver. The people in the office need retaining or change career

Ordered a 2yd skip over 2 weeks ago delivery on time But getting them to come and pick it up is a nightmare always have a excuse need it moving as my husband has a wheelchair so need to park on the drive have said this to them but it just falls on deaf ears they are Qick to take your money but the after service is RUBBISH Tomorrow will be the 7th phone call I will be making. And the rag and bone man have been in it 3 times.

Hired a skip and Had some bulk bags deliveries, i found them to provide good service and good price

Lovely staff . Happy with making an order , and had the choice to pay by cash or card , most places only accept card only payments was was good to have that choice off paying with cash . As for me cash is king .

Wanted some little pebbles delivering into my tent foot, back garden. Good service and price
