Waste Management Solutions NE Ltd

Households and small-scale projects across the Sunderland area feature throughout the feedback for this waste and rubbish removal firm, which also runs a recycling centre. Something that features in review after review is the speed of response, with enquiries answered promptly, quotes given after photographs are sent, and collections often arranged for the following working day, including last-minute bookings squeezed in at short notice. Several buyers describe the work itself as brisk and thorough, with backyards and accumulations of rubbish cleared in minutes once the team arrives.

Fair, reasonable pricing is repeatedly highlighted, and the absence of a skip is mentioned as a simpler and more economical route for bulky items. Communication before and after the job draws consistent praise, whether by phone or through messaging, and reviewers note that crews turn up when they say they will and work hard while on site. Michael is named as a helpful point of contact. Bank transfer is welcomed by those who prefer not to handle cash, and the friendly, polite manner of the lads on the job leaves a lasting impression. Repeat custom and recommendations follow naturally from that consistency.
