Twiggy's removals

Sensational Absolutely outstanding – we genuinely couldn’t recommend Twiggy’s Removals highly enough. From the very first day Twiggy came to give us a quote, the service has been exceptional. Always at hand to answer messages, reassure us and help with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. On moving day, Kev, Cam and Twiggy were simply the best. We have honestly never seen a team work so hard. They worked absolutely tirelessly from start to finish, constantly going above and beyond and doing far more than we ever expected. Yet despite how hard they were working, they were always patient, polite, happy and an absolute hell of a laugh! What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared that we were happy. Throughout the entire day they kept checking in with us, asking if we were happy with everything, if things were where we wanted them and whether there was anything else they could do. Nothing felt rushed and nothing was ever too much trouble. Moving house can be such a stressful and emotional day, but these guys somehow managed to make it genuinely enjoyable. They kept us laughing, reassured us when we needed it and just got on with everything without a single complaint. Their work ethic is second to none. We honestly couldn't have done it without them. They didn't just go the extra mile – they went several extra miles. To top it all off, the price was extremely reasonable for the incredible amount of work they did and the level of service we received. Kev, Cam and Twiggy– thank you. You were absolutely brilliant and made what could have been an incredibly stressful day one we'll actually remember with a smile. We would never use anyone else and wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Twiggy’s Removals to anyone moving home. If you're looking for a removal company, stop looking – you've found them.

Twiggy was recommended to us for our move from Hertfordshire to Swansea. Everything about the process was straightforward, helped by quick and clear communication. Kev and Cam were excellent on the day despite a long day, awkward access at both ends and a lot of stairs! They took it all in their stride and were good fun. We would highly recommend Twiggy’s Removals.

Twiggy's was amazing. Got back to me within a couple of hours of submitting an enquiry. Showed up early on moving day, packed everything on to the van in less than an hour and treated everything with care. Reasonably priced and really well organized.
