In Liverpool and the surrounding districts, The Waste Removal Group has built a strong following among customers needing household items, furniture and building waste taken away. Reviewers frequently point to the speed of collection, with several describing same-day or next-day call-outs after a phone call, including one job arranged over the Christmas period when the team made a special effort to fit the work in. Punctuality is a point that comes up often, with customers noting that the crew arrived as arranged, sometimes earlier than expected.
