Star Platforms Limited

Stuart done a great course and was very helpful. Real friendly guy and made everyone feel comfortable

Late delivery, cost me more money in labour sitting waiting than the actual hire Won’t use again

If there was an option for no starts thats what I would give this company. I booked a Training course a few weeks ago and I have to say there training was very poor instructor Rob was rude, sarcastic and any but helpful. He’s way of training was using me as an example of not what todo and belittling people, Rather than explaining where I was going wrong. I explained to the company I had never used an any machine before and they insured me that the training would sort that and explain everything. That was not true. After the course I called the office to explain what went on, I was told after a few days that the instructor was old and they are waiting on him to retire. But they would do a full investigation, Which they came back saying that they have spoken to the instructor and told him he needs to know how to read a room! I was going to send other 3 of my employees on this course but after my experience I would definitely be using another company. I will be waiting for a full refund.

Don was very helpful ordering and the delivery guy, Lee (Leigh) did a great job. Really happy with the services from them
