Smiths Equipment Hire - Bolton Depot

Collection and return on site is very poor. They waste customer times. No punctuality.

Fantastic staff & very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they fully explained how to use the two items I hired. Will be going back should I need to use them again.

Served bye Dan. Very polite helpful and patient

Great service, 1 week hire of sack truck. Good price and smooth collection and return. Staff friendly and helpful

I hired a moss machine from smiths hire. First time I've used the company. From the start everything was very professional. The communication over the phone to the delivery driver, Outstanding service. I fully recommend Smiths tool hire and certainly will be using them again. A credit to everyone who helped me. Thank you.

I hired a mini digger and dumper over the weekend and had a great experience, especially dealing with John. The machines were delivered and collected, and the driver was very helpful and clearly knew what he was doing. Overall, it was a great service—professional, reliable, and with no misleading information or hidden fees or charges. I highly recommend this branch and will definitely consider using them again for my next hire.

Such a pleasant experience, the delivery and pick up were both flawless. The driver was great, he took his time with us, answering our questions. The communication with those in the office was excellent, over all I would definitely recommend using this company to my friends and family. Thank you, to everyone at Smiths Hire. Warm Regards, Ian
