PTS waste clearance ltd

I first used this company for a waste removal job at my own property, and I was so impressed that I've been using them regularly for work ever since. They're always friendly, professional and reasonably priced, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. They're quick to respond, flexible with collection times, and make the whole process really straightforward. Every time they've collected waste, they've left the area clean and tidy, and they always send before and after photos once the job is done. As I manage multiple properties and can't always get there straight away, this is a really useful touch and gives me confidence that everything has been completed properly. It's great to have found a company that's reliable, efficient and easy to deal with. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a waste removal service.

We recently used this company to help clear out my father's home ahead of a downsize. We received a fantastic service at a very reasonable price - I'm pretty sure we had more to clear than we showed at the quote yet the price stayed the same. Very professional and quick despite issues with getting truck up the driveway also. Even highlighted some items that we labelled to dispose of that we shouldn't have, so we were able to save them. Highly recommended.

Great service: fast, friendly, professional and trustworthy. We had to clear a family member's house quickly when none of us lived near by. Pender was polite, professional and highly accommodating with our tight timing from the first call, through the assessment of the house, to the last call post clearance. He even remembered to leave the kettle, teabags and matching cups in readiness for the new owners. Thank you Pender for you & your team's hard work.

Will never look anywhere else from now on. 5 star +. Excellent service and very reasonable cost. Highly recomended.

Pender came to my rescue to collect my garden waste when I basically scammed by a couple of guys. They told me so many untruths and left my garden waste up on the road. They then said Pender has taken their money and not provided a service. He was my knight in shining armour when I was terribly upset, he also removed it all free of charge. Such a gentleman and someone to trust.

Really professional, friendly and great value - cheaper than getting a skip and having sitting on your drive for , plus they do the heavy lifting !

These guys were great! They arrived on time and let me know when they were about 45 minutes away. They cleared the pile of debris we had accumulated as a result of having our old bathroom stripped out and new one installed. The weather was awful, but they got all of the rubbish cleared quickly and left nothing behind. Very pleased with the job and polite, professional people.
