Brilliant service. Used them today to pick-up a deli-fridge from my bakery in the New Town (Archipelago Bakery). They also helped to bring the new one in which was so kind of them. They went well above and beyond the call of duty. Excellent response/customer service from start to finish. Always replied really quickly and it was easy to communicate via Whatsapp and then email. Hard-working guys and they worked really quickly (they were in and out before I knew it!) and efficiently which was amazing as we were able to stay open the whole time. They arrived well before the agreed time which worked really well for me. They were really tidy, so helpful, friendly, fast workers and excellent value for money. I would definitely use Junk-It again, in fact, they are the only business I would use again to remove stuff like this! Really impressed and as a female business owner I was really appreciative of the extra help they gave me. Thanks so much.
Thomas, Paul and Sam came by today to clear out several items from my garage, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. I required a number of items to be removed from my Mothers house and I sincerely couldn’t recommend Junk-IT Limited highly enough. They were fantastic exceeding all expectations. From my initial phone call to David who professionally took me through all the services they offered with the various cost options and I recall him saying the reason most people use us is because we do exactly what we promise to provide. He was 100% correct! On the day we required their services I was met at the house by Steven and Matthew who arrived smartly presented in their uniforms and reassured me they would take care of everything for me. They had a look at what was required and gave me the final proposal of how much it would cost and as David had indicated during my phone call the final proposal was the same as David thought it would be when I talked him through my requirements. Steven and Matthew were so professional and helpful ensuring that they were taking away everything we asked them to and also brought a few items to my attention that I would maybe want to keep for sentimental reasons that I had missed and they were spot on. They were so helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with as well. Overall the service provided was excellent and if you require a similar service then look no further than Junk-It Limited .
