Joe Junk Rubbish Removal Newcastle

Great service from Tommy and his team! They came out on very short notice, were professional, quick, and removed my sofa and dining chairs with no hassle. Great communication too. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish. Joe Junk was professional, friendly, and kept me updated on their arrival time, which made everything really straightforward. They were flexible in arranging a collection day that worked around my schedule. Great service, 100% recommend to anyone needing a reliable removal service.

Really good service & highly recommended. Replied straightaway to my message with a price and availability. Tommy & Jason came the next day and removed everything quickly and tidily. They rang in advance so I knew when to expect them and were polite & friendly & cared about my property.

I recently used Joe Junk and was very impressed with the service throughout. My initial enquiry received a prompt response, and the job itself was completed the very next day — a genuinely quick turnaround. Communication was clear and professional from start to finish, and the pricing was fair and transparent. I was given a time slot of 8-11am and the they arrived early, which was a welcome surprise. I'd have no hesitation recommending Joe Junk to anyone in need of a reliable, efficient removal service."

Super fast response, and gave me a really reasonable quote with no hidden fees. Arrived early the day I needed them and job was done super fast. Really pleasant lads took my furniture down several flights of stairs with no complaints. Would definitely recommend, amazing and straight forward service and cant be beaten for price

They were able to sort out collection within an hour. They ask for photos to give a quote. There were some items in the background of the photos included in the initial quote which was my fault. They flagged some items were missing at collection and changed the price accordingly without any fuss. Tom and Chris sorted the collection and did their job very quickly. Really pleased with the service.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly considerate. The job was completed quickly and thoroughly, and it was clear that customer care is a genuine priority for them. A special thank you to Davey, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was kind, respectful, and did everything he could to get the job done properly. At a time when I was dealing with some difficult personal circumstances, the understanding and compassion he showed meant far more than he probably realizes. What stood out most was how I was treated throughout the whole experience. I was met with genuine respect, patience, and care, which I never expected from a waste removal service but greatly appreciated. It's rare to come across a company that combines efficiency with such a human touch. If you're looking for a reliable waste removal company that truly cares about its customers, I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you again to Davey and the team for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.
