More than one customer describes the drivers as polite and careful, noting that skips were positioned accurately even where access was awkward, including driveways with bends and fencing.

Communication comes up often, from quick quotes over the phone to updates on the day of delivery, and booking by telephone is described as easy. Those buying sharp sand, crushed stone and other aggregate materials report helpful advice and competitive pricing, and the same friendliness is noted whether the order is large or small. Staff are described as professional and helpful throughout the process, from the initial enquiry to the delivery itself. The firm's ability to supply skips, grab hire and aggregates under one arrangement is a point that recurs, with customers returning for repeat jobs and mentioning that they would call again for future projects.
