I had a very disappointing experience with Birmingham Grab Hire & Aggregates Ltd. During my dealings with the company, I experienced what I considered to be racial abuse. I found the behaviour completely unacceptable and it left me feeling distressed and unwelcome. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race or background. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company. I hope the business takes complaints of this nature seriously and ensures that all customers are treated professionally and respectfully in the future.

Excellent service. Prompt. On time. No fuss. Grabbed 8+ tonnes of garden waste and a week later, dropped off both hardcore and top soil. Drivers very skilful and got around the obstacles no problem. Would definitely use again.
