BCT Transport

Only giving one star as I contacted them, was told they would get back to me, they didn't. I've text, emailed and called several times to ask if they are collecting the item discussed and still no one has contacted me to say yes or no. In this day and age when everyone is on a phone, doesn't take 2 minutes to reply. Was left stressing about a collection from Next in Cambridge because they told me that they wouldn't want the item hanging around in their store, have spent the whole after getting quotes from other companies, professional fast replying companies, driving to Next to explain my problem to be told 'it's ok, we will hold it till you can get a driver' If they didn't want to do the job in the first place, they should have said!!

I had a great experience using BCT transport to move some items of furniture between houses. Paul and Elliot were friendly and efficient. It made my moving experience much less stressful. I would definitely use them again.

This company you can trust to delivery. Absolutely professional. Paul & Elliott yesterday carried our very heavy large items of furniture up our coach House steep stairs. Never complaining, even when our heavy dresser would not fit in the place we wanted it to go. Paul & Elliott sawed through the window sill to make it fit.

Paul and Elliot help with my student move, and they're absolutely wonderful. They're considerate and reassuring, and they did their job very fast and very nicely. Will definitely recommend to my friends!

Absolutely great experience. Paul and Elliott were fantastic! They coordinate the job from one day to another. They delivered and assembled a quad and triple wardrobe, a king-size bed and dining table in just 2 hours. They were professional, respectful, and friendly. Will definitely contact them again when needed it.

We had to move most of the furniture in our house from the top floor to the ground in order to prepare for fumigation against moths. Paul and Elliot made this move totally stress free and put us at ease with their professionalism and great sense of humour! They were careful, courteous, considerate and completely trustworthy and always checking things with us. They are a delight to work with and we can recommend them unreservedly. Thanks you BCT for all you did for us today🙏

A massive thank you to Paul and his team for providing a wonderful, attentive and professional service. They’ve helped us move a couple of times and took a lot of stress out of the moving process, highly recommended and will definitely be using their services again. Lovely people to work with!
