Avon Material Supplies (AMS) Head Office

I recently ordered a soil delivery and, while there was a small challenge along the way, the service I received was absolutely first class. Dan, the manager, personally stepped in and quickly found a solution, which made a huge difference and showed real commitment to customer satisfaction. Darren, the driver, was also excellent—professional, friendly, and handled everything smoothly. It’s not often you see this level of care and accountability. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using their services again!

Back in 2016 when renovating a property nr Fordingbridge I used AMS for grab lorries to remove A LOT of rubble/waste. The drivers were great and the service I got when calling / organising drops/collections was spot on. I've come back to the area and started using them again. The quality has not dropped and I'm still impressed by the pricing and service. Really, if you want to get rid of stuff ( Bricks/Rubble/Wood... ) sort it and these guys ( and girls ) will get it taken away. You'll find two very helpful Amy's on the phone lines who will always advise and help you out. Spot on girls. Keep up the good work.

The "alternative top soil" is just clay. It most definitely is not suitable for repairing lawns or making garden beds. There is also no customer complaint procedure in place. The service is good though.

First class! Booked a concrete grab lorry online over weekend, super easy. Arrived on time, really helpful friendly driver and did a perfect job. Highly recommend, Thanks

I have used AMS for bulk waste removal and for skips. The service has been delivered promptly, with every effort to keep the place tidy. the drivers and office staff have all been very polite and very pleasant to deal with. the prices have been highly competitive. I am 100% satisfied with the service.

Had an emergency job to book for a client. Skips delivered within 3 working hours, and collected on time without any hitches. Highly recommend AMS.
