This company was so good - they worked effectively and managed to get everything done so fast. Our bins hadn’t been collected for around 5 weeks and with 5 people living there it was piling up but one message and they collected the next day.
I know who to call for my next job, it's One Clear again, without a doubt. The communication from initial discussion to confirming the job, right through to providing at time of arrival the previous day and true to their word, they arrived on time and also called an hour before they did! I've had services from previous providers but but customer service, nowhere to the level of these chaps. A lot of companies can learn a thing or two from these chaps. Brilliant service, brilliant communication and highly competitive pricing. I will definitely be using their services again. Gents, many thanks once again!
Contact One Clear who was prompt in responding. I got booked in for the following day. They give an eta and kept me updated. They arrived on site and my daughter witnessed their immaculate work. I recommend this team for services you may need. Absolutely amazing and definitely work to full satisfaction.
What a great service. The two lads were polite and very efficient. The communication was spot on using WhatsApp - I even got a confirmation message that they were on their way. They are also licensed and they provided the waste carriers registration number without being asked! I would absolutely recommend this company and would never think of using anyone else in future. They claim to be the best and they live up to it!
Really helpful communicated over WhatsApp and very clear about pricing and was able yo book them in less than a week which was great. They also let us know when they were on the way, they came to remove the sofa and all was done within 15 mins really efficient.
