Staffordshire Grab Lorry & Tipper Hire
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Grab hire and rubbish removal in Stone were carried out by Matt, who a customer describes as a pleasure to deal with. According to the account, another man present during the collection was rude, while Matt stayed polite and even-tempered throughout. The job was requested late on a Saturday afternoon and the lorry arrived first thing on the Monday, as arranged.
The rubbish was taken away, and the writer says Matt would be the first call for future grab hire, having already passed his details to colleagues who might need the same service. Politeness, a punctual start at the agreed time and a simple booking arrangement are the points the feedback highlights from this domestic clearance.

What a lovely man to deal with. He came across the rudest man while removing rubbish for me and he was nothing but a gent and maintained his politeness. Highly recommend using Matt if I ever need grab hire again would not hesitate to call Matt, I've already told everyone at work should they need grab hire give Matt a call! I didn't call until late Saturday afternoon and he was there first thing Monday morning as discussed (really nice to have a contractor turn up when they say they would), and he left the area looking great, and did it in super time!! Why bother barrowing to a skip when Matt provides such excellent service!?
