Muckmasters Services

Aggregate supply and grab lorry hire are the services customers most often describe, with reviewers repeatedly mentioning the quality of materials such as top soil, sand and gravel alongside polite and helpful staff. Orders placed by phone are said to be fulfilled quickly when stock is available, and several accounts highlight the speed of arranging a vehicle and large bags at short notice.

A recurring theme in the feedback concerns communication and reliability, with reviewers describing repeated promises of callbacks and delivery dates that were not kept, leaving orders delayed over several days. One customer reports that gravel delivered to a neighbouring building site resulted in damage to a parked car, and that the company denied responsibility when the matter was raised. This point about accountability comes up alongside the positive comments on product quality, suggesting that experiences vary considerably depending on the job and the circumstances.

The business operates from the Wombourne area and, on the evidence of the reviews, combines a well-regarded range of aggregates and plant hire with inconsistent follow-through on scheduling and after-sales handling. Customers who value the materials themselves speak positively, while those affected by missed deliveries or unresolved damage describe a far less satisfactory outcome.
