Moved house last weekend and used these guys twice, once at each end. Booked online using their upload photos option. Received quotes both times within an hour and the guys that turned up for both jobs were absolutely fantastic, friendly and professional. Both teams left the space spotless. Absolute delight to deal with these guys. They relieved a lot of stress and worry during the housemove. Would highly recommend and certainly use again. Cheers!
Absolutely fantastic service throughout! The office staff were great when booking the appointment - very clear and up front in terms of process and rough guide to pricing. On the day of the house clearance, Damon and Dan turned up early, were very polite and did a very quick but professional job. The price was very fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone who needs house clearance/rubbish removal!
Ash and Noah were very efficient and friendly. We also noted that they left the drive and path even neater than it was before!! Their quote was accurate and they had capacity to start the job later that day and finish it the next morning. They kept us updated with timings and were 100%. When discussing a potential, bigger job in the coming weeks/months, they gave practical advice on how to clear the site in the cheapest way possible. Outstanding work. Responsive - phoned back almost immediately on receipt of my online enquiry. Transparent - assessed requirements via onsite in person visit rather than relying on photos or self report. Competitive - reasonably priced for the work and time required. Efficient - arrived at the scheduled time, completed the work (dismantling and removal of garden sheds) quickly and effectively, and tidied up so well afterwards that there was no residual clearing up for me to do. Helpful and friendly - both team 6 (initial assessment for quote) and team 2 (who carried out the work) couldn't be faulted for their helpfulness, willingness and answering questions. Definitely added to the 'would use again' category.
Had a dismantled fitted wardrobe requiring disposal .Used the online form & later, rang the office & spoke to the team . Nichola & Lauren were helpful & booked, a no obligation call/ quote for the next day. Adam & Ash were great . Gave me a quote , which was very reasonable . They loaded up all the pieces of wardrobe into their van. Organised, efficient, left everything tidy. Ash & Adam were friendly , respectful, courteous .
