They were able to sort out collection within an hour. They ask for photos to give a quote. There were some items in the background of the photos included in the initial quote which was my fault. They flagged some items were missing at collection and changed the price accordingly without any fuss. Tom and Chris sorted the collection and did their job very quickly. Really pleased with the service.
