Grab Express

Amazing service! Called them at 10 AM on a Saturday in a complete panic to remove a load of incorrect screed dumped by a rogue contractor. It was already curing in the sun, so time was entirely against us. The agent on the phone said she would check vehicle availability and call me back within 10 minutes, and she actually did. They managed to squeeze me in for a same-day slot. Instead of overpromising, they gave me an accurate two-hour window and promised the driver would call when en route. Again, they actually did it. If you think this level of communication is "normal," you haven't dealt with the construction industry enough. Payment was seamless, the invoice arrived immediately, and the lady even checked if the driver arrived. Highly recommended, they completely saved our weekend.

The best grab service I have ever received. After I was let down by another local grab company in London Raj and his team came in, went above and beyond and a very good price. If you are needing a grab or tip in the London area there is only one option. Thankyou Lads

The drivers are professional and always willing to help but please be careful when agree the costs and make sure a price is agreed before as it could happen to be overcharged. As I was relying on them being fare , they tried to overcharged me .
