Bates y skip hire

This company has blocked me on facebook because i left a bad review, customer service is terrible and the man on the phone was so rude to me. They have left an overflowing slip on our street for weeks and things are hitting our cars and going into our garden. Go to the other Batesy!

RUDE WOMAN. I’ve given one star because I can’t give zero. The woman who answers the phone is incredibly rude with a short temper for absolutely no reason. No people skills at all, she probably doesn’t know what customer service is. Ive given this company thousands of pounds over the years but will not be using again. I’d suggest using a more professional outfit.

My partner rang today to ask if they were lifting the skip at the front of his house. The person on the other end was rude to him saying that his name is down the list and will be lifted as soon as they can. You would think that they have enough staff to lift the skips .Nobody wants a skip in their driveway over the holidays.

They were lifting our neighbours skip and the delivery vehicle had a broken hydronic pipe and oil flooded onto the front of our driveway. The builders next door put sand on top and the driver said someone would be out to clear up. After nearly a week no clearing done. Many photo calls later and a very rude girl on the phone (she put the phone done on my hubby) still no clearing done. We have spoke to the”boss” who said it’s different company that lifts the skips, spoke to that company and still no joy. We have found both to be very unhelpful and rude. Our driveway is just a mess.

One of your drivers shouldn't have a license after the driving I've just witnessed ESPECIALLY with this load! They were doing at least 40 on a 30 mph road, I was pulled up at the side of the road indicating to pull onto the road and I could see them flying the whole way up the road (clearly with no intention to let me out) a car was coming down the road on the opposite side and they were clearly going to meet at the point I was at and instead of slowing down (like any competent driver would do in this situation) the Batesy driver kept at pace and erratically swerved about 2 feet from my vehicle at the last second just as the car had passed me. Bear in mind this load on their vehicle!!! I'm lucky the skip didn't fall off and kill me! Or the lady pushing her child in a buggy just further down the path!

RUDE!! A company doing my garden hired a skip for the week. Was used and filled in 4 days didn't need it for the week. Didn't come to pick it up. They have been contacted by myself and the gardening company over 10 times and still the skip remains. Phoned again today to ask, the girl on the phone was extremely rude, told me it will be when someone is in the area. The skip has been on my driveway for over 5 weeks now!! Will never use this company and do not recommend.

Terrible girl on the phone no Customer service at all really very rude. Needs to do a course. Waiting for skip to be lifted over a week. She keeps telling me definitely today or tomorrow. Never turn up. Wouldn't recommend.
